TAT, Shipping Policies and Safety Information

Shipping

CTS offers standard shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority and all UPS services. Unless shipping is paid for CTS will choose the shipping carrier.. Once your order is processed and shipped standard shipping could take 2-7 business days. During Holiday Season, Processing time will not change, but Shipping/Transit time can be longer. If you are in a frenzy for your order consider using a faster UPS option at checkout for delivery. Please note that UPS Ground Saver ships with UPS but will be delivered with USPS. Orders ship from New Jersey, USA. Orders placed after 2pm count towards the next business day for TAT.

ROUTE 

We have welcomed ROUTE to our website! Route is an inexpensive shipping insurance that can be included in all orders. Moving forward, CTS is no longer liable for any lost/stole/damaged packages. TAT

 Our average processing time is 3-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not change regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout. TAT begins the next business day from when your order is placed. Order processing runs Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm est. 

International Shipping

Shipping fees are an estimate and are subject to change.  If the cost of postage is higher than that charged at checkout please except an additional  invoice may be sent to cover the additional shipping costs. CTS is not responsible for any additional fees incurred through shipping internationally. **Shipping cost includes Duty and Tax fees** You must choose an option that states the fees are included or you will be charged the fees before delivery. All coupon codes are valued in USD.

The Poop Clause 

If you are in a rush and you need your order shipped within 24 hours of placing it please email ctswholesalecustomercare@gmail.com with the email title of the poop emoji. There is a $5 charge for this Poop, please make sure to add it to your cart. $5 Poop is located in the Accessories section. ONE POOP = ONE ORDER!
